CLT
Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is a structural material made entirely of solid wood in the form of panels, typically consisting of 3, 5, or 7 layers of wooden lamellas, which are alternately glued together crosswise. This layering provides high strength in both directions and rigidity to the structure. The commonly used wood species are mainly spruce and fir in strength class C24.
Due to the pursuit of climate neutrality, wooden construction is becoming increasingly desirable. CLT is becoming the technology of the 21st century. There is a growing number of wooden buildings such as houses, schools, kindergartens, high-rise buildings, and hospitals.

The house maintains a stable temperature regardless of external factors, thanks to its low thermal conductivity (0.13 W/mK) and high thermal mass (2.10 kJ/kg).
FIRE RESISTANCE

CLT panels comply with all fire safety regulations. Test results: REI 60, REI 120, M0.

STRENGTH

CLT panels consist of three, five, seven, or nine layers of solid softwood boards. Each layer is placed perpendicular to the next, creating a crosswise arrangement. This cross-laminated structure provides strength and rigidity in multiple directions, making CLT panels highly resistant to loads and pressure.

The environmental friendliness of CLT panels stems from the fact that they are made of wood, which captures and retains carbon dioxide (CO2). Considering the lack of specific requirements for the project's purpose, we suggest leaving the pre-sanded and specially painted CLT panels unfinished.
