First, we estimate your project.
What kind of house do you dream of? We'll build exactly what you envision – based on our offer, whether it's a standard or custom design tailored just for you, incorporating all your preferences. We prepare the production of your home. We organize transportation.

It's time to prepare the ground: the ground is the foundation.
The next stage involves preparing the ground for construction. We handle the surveying of the building site, as well as the removal of non-bearing soil layers and the preparation of the subbase. But that's not all! We carry out insulation and reinforcement, and finally pour a perfectly level and smooth foundation slab. At the same time, in the Praefa company's facilities, lightweight clay aggregate wall elements precisely tailored to your home are being manufactured.

We transport the prefabricated elements to the construction site.
After finalizing the design, preparing the foundation slab, and manufacturing the building elements, we start work at the construction site! We transport the external and internal walls made of lightweight clay aggregate or wood to the site and prepare for installation.

Receive your home.
So it's time for assembly! The work in this area includes: assembling lightweight clay aggregate walls; constructing flue and ventilation chimneys from lightweight clay aggregate elements; roofing work: constructing the roof truss, covering the roof with metal tiles, cement tiles, ceramic tiles, or other materials - depending on the project specifications; performing sheet metal work and equipping the roof with PVC gutters.

It's time for finishing touches – we polish the results.
As part of the finishing works, we install window joinery, external doors, and if necessary - a garage door. At this stage, we also refine insulation issues – to make your home even warmer, we use approximately 15 cm thick polystyrene, which forms the basis for the external facade. And finally, it's time for the installation. First, we start with the installation of electrical, plumbing, gas, and sanitation systems, not forgetting about the boiler and radiators. And finally, we insulate the ceilings and cover them with gypsum board.
