TECHNOLOGY
The brick "Royal House" module consists of:
1. Load-bearing reinforced concrete wall panel with a thickness of 160 mm, measuring 7.7 m x 3.12 m.
2. Insulation system comprising reinforced polystyrene with a thickness of 160 mm.
3. "Rehau" Euro-Design 70 windows (Germany).
4. Facade decoration systems, including decorative and architectural elements around windows and clinker tiles/full glass/cement-glass combination with hardened hydro-insulation joint sealants.
5. Set of architectural elements for jointing seams, providing both decorative function and closed vertical and horizontal joints between panels. Facade decoration options for wall modules.

All wall modules are delivered to the construction site with full external finishing along with a set of architectural decoration for vertical and horizontal gaps between panels.

Options for facade decoration of wall modules include glass in combination with architectural decoration, clinker, and rustic finishes.

Energy-efficient certified products:

According to calculations, "Royal House" wall modules have a heat transfer resistance coefficient for external wall construction of 3.82 m*K/W (with a minimum permissible resistance value and temperature zone = 3.3 m*K/W).

Advantages of the system

The concrete used in ROYAL HOUSE elements ensures a good indoor microclimate by regulating physicochemical parameters, creating ideal conditions for humans.

The ROYAL HOUSE technology is highly flexible, allowing for the modular execution of even the most complex architectural projects (walls, ceilings, beams in any geometric form). All wall modules are delivered to the construction site with full external finishing, including a set of architectural decoration for vertical and horizontal joints between modules.

The exceptionally short construction time for the open raw state without extended deadlines and multiple subcontractor teams. Theoretically, it is possible to erect the open raw state of an average-sized single-family home within one week from the signing of the contract.

ROYAL HOUSE elements do not need to be seasoned, and after assembly, further work can begin immediately. All of this allows for saving money and avoiding the hassles associated with often prolonged construction of the raw state. Traditional technologies do not provide such quality and such a short implementation time. No plastering, no spackling, no unnecessary costs.
