Keramszit used in PRAEFA elements ensures a good microclimate inside the room by regulating physicochemical parameters, creating ideal conditions for humans.
- The PRAEFA technology is highly flexible, allowing for modular execution of even the most complex architectural projects (walls, ceilings, lintels in any geometric form).
- The exceptionally short time to achieve the open rough state without prolonged deadlines and numerous subcontractor teams. Theoretically, it is possible to erect the rough state of an average-sized single-family house within one week from the signing of the contract.
- PRAEFA elements have perfectly smooth surfaces and are immediately ready for wallpapering or, after applying a thin plaster, painting. Interior plastering is unnecessary.
- PRAEFA elements do not need seasoning; after assembly, further work can immediately commence.
- Lintels are integrated with the wall element. This allows for lintels made of structural concrete while using keramszit-concrete in the remaining part (e.g., the entire wall is made of LC12/13, and the lintel is made of C20/25). In special cases, we produce window openings without structural lintels. Lintels are made horizontally at the level of the floor slabs.
All of this allows for saving money and avoiding the hassle associated with the often protracted creation of the rough state. Traditional technologies do not provide such quality and such a short implementation time. No plastering, no puttying, no unnecessary costs.
